The M30HD is hand fed through a top loading door, has a fast 37 second cycle time, and uses an easy and safe front side ejection system. The aluminum bale sizes produced by the M30HD is 24″ x 30″ x ≤ 30″.

Harmony’s M48HD also provides powerful can crushing power while using up limited operational space.  This high density baler has a fast 45 second cycle time combined with a durable 6″ hydraulic cylinder.  The heavy-duty 3.5″ rod provides confidence for extra long equipment life and longevity.  The aluminum bale made by the M48 HD is 48W”x 30D”x≤ 48H”.

Mill-Sized Can Crushers

Harmony also has several models of mill-sized balers capable of making fast, consistently dense aluminum bales.  The advantage of using a mill-sized, or 60″ baler is that the aluminum recycling bricks do not need to be broken down by the recyclers for transport or processing.  This makes them even more valuable as can crushers to the end user.
