What Makes The M42HD So Special?
The M42HD combines maximum power with machine efficiency. It is capable of baling much more than just shrink wrap. The M42HD also recycles aluminum, OCC, paper, and plastics. Its the ideal solution for convenience stores, office developments, motels/hotels, hospitals/nursing homes, restaurants, department stores, and other industrial/commercial applications.
The difference between this high powered baler and its “cousin”, the M42BC, is that the M42HD has a large vertical cylinder and increased ram force that produces more dense bales. It has similar specifications to the popular M30HD, but with a larger chamber and bale size.
The M42HD has a fast 37 second cycle time, a hefty 4.5” cylinder, and an energy efficient 2 HP motor that combine to produce over 41,350 lbs. of ram force. The resulting dense bales are 22″ x 42″ x ≤ 30″ and weigh up to 300 lbs. The incredible efficiency of this high-density baler allows you to bale up to 2000 lbs. of cardboard per hour!

When we made this video, we used three full gaylords of shrink wrap to make the partially full bale.
