This high density baler is typically used to bale cardboard, but can also be used for other materials, like mattress foam. The true benefit from this innovative design is the large 24″ x 72″ feed opening that allows for large commodities to be fed without breaking them down first. It is made for heavy duty use, with a 7″ inch hydraulic cylinder, “boxed 6 inch” I-beam upper stringers, reinforced floors and side walls, and 20HP TEFC motor. Even though its a large baler, it only requires a small 8′ x 8′ operational space, helping to improve workplace appearance and safety.

ExtractPack destroys out-of-spec liquids 7x faster than manual operation. It is constructed with high quality painted stainless steel to resist corrosion anywhere liquid touches the baler.
This dynamic vertical baler punctures, drains, and bales up to 2,000 full PET bottles or 4,000 aluminum cans per bale! It’s innovative “shark’s teeth” system allows for maximum product destruction. The large 51 gallon reservoir is located directly below the machine and can be connected to an optional sump pump to whisk liquids away.
All of the sensors and switches are waterproof and the unit is built with splash guards. The machine can be sprayed down for easy cleaning.
