We often get requests from customers for videos that help to demonstrate the many benefits and capabilities of our quality balers, compactors, and liquid extraction equipment. Our Extractpack vertical liquid extraction baler video showcases our first liquid extraction baler, the ExtractPack Vertical Liquid Extraction Baler.
ExtractPack is the vertical beverage baler that perforates, drains, and bales aluminum cans, PET bottles, and TetraPak packages 7X faster than by destroying them manually. ExtractPack is made with the highest quality stainless steel anywhere liquid touches the baler, to resist corrosion. It makes bales that measure 24”x 16” ≤ 24” and weigh up to 120 pounds (aluminum).

Learn More About Harmony’s Liquid Extraction Balers
Harmony manufactures four different models of liquid extraction balers, all under the “ExtractPack” name. The ExtractPack is the smaller of our two vertical liquid extraction balers. For operations that handle higher volumes, but still have operational space and budget constraints, our ExtractPack Pro is the intermediate vertical baler that utilizes a conveyor fed system and automatic cycling to create mill-sized bales that weigh up to 600 lbs. This popular machine can be outfitted with catwalk systems and is able to handle a variety of sizes of out-of-spec product.
For larger operations, Harmony produces two horizontal liquid extraction balers, the ExtractPack Plus, and the ExtractPack Max. Both of these mill-sized horizontal liquid extraction balers manage large capacities of product and can be fed by a multitude of configurations. The larger ExtractPack Max uses over 25,0000 aluminum cans to make a bale of aluminum!
