We are extremely proud to reveal our vertical baler product release, the M46HD 46″ Heavy Duty Vertical Baler!
Why The M46HD Vertical Baler?
Harmony understands the importance of being able to reduce operational waste and associated costs by recycling a variety of by-products within a minimum operational space. While we offer both 42″ and 48″ heavy duty vertical balers in our M42HD and M48HD models, some customers wanted something right in the middle. The M46HD provides that option with the power of a larger vertical baler in a more compact design.
The M46HD is capable of baling a variety of materials, including, but not limited to, OCC, aluminum, plastics, paper, and shrink wrap. It is the ideal baling solution for supermarkets, hotels, retail stores, residential buildings, manufacturing facilities, universities, & other industrial or commercial applications. This dynamic baler comes with swivel casters that allow it to roll under a normal 8′ doorway!
Harmony’s M46HD makes bales that measure 24″ x 46″ x up to 30″.
The powerful 31,800 lbs. of ram force produces bales that measure 24″ x 46″ x up to 30″ and weigh up to 400 lbs. (OCC). The M46HD has a large 17″H x 46″W feed opening and a fast 37 second cycle time. Made of quality U.S. steel, a 4.5″ hydraulic cylinder, and heavy duty 3.0″ rod, the M46HD meets or exceeds OSHA or ANSI Z245.5 safety standards.
Like many other Harmony vertical balers, the M46HD utilizes an innovative automatic hydraulic strap eject system, allowing bales to be created, tied, and ejected safely in a one person operation.
