With our 100+ staff at Harmony Enterprises, Inc., we have many opportunities to share their unique stories, events, and accomplishments. We recently shared how Harmony Enterprises Inc. and it’s employees are making a difference for our local communities (you can read it here). This time around, we have a couple fun events we would like to highlight.
Harmony Enterprises Employee Golf Outing
Harmony Enterprises Inc.’s 12th annual golf outing was on July 22, and it was a hot one, with the heat index around 100 degrees! The tournament was a 4-person Best Ball, with challenges at each hole that gave golfers an opportunity to win additional cash prizes. Team “Breaking Bad” (Jordan Miller, Trevor Barnes, Ramon Hernandez and his daughter Kaylee) won with the best score. Our employees and spouses enjoyed a BBQ chicken dinner and then won prizes donated by our generous vendors – everything from gift cards to Zero Gravity Chairs and bikes! Despite the heat, everyone had a great time golfing, eating and socializing!
Andy Ferrie Wins Mustache and Beard Contest
Andy Ferrie, the Production Supervisor Manager for Harmony Enterprises, is the 2016 Winner of the Mustache and Beard Contest held in Cresco, Iowa for their 150th Celebration. Andy had to sign up clean shaven and spend the next 150 days growing a beard or mustache. He won the trophy, $100.00 Cresco Bucks, and a custom designed T-Shirt. Congratulations Andy!
