New Titles/Familiar Faces At Harmony

As our company celebrates another 200 days of no lost time due to injury or accidents, we are excited to announce that there are some new job titles at Harmony Enterprises!

These new titles and promotions come with familiar, friendly faces of waste and recycling professionals you know and trust.

 

From President To CEO

Harmony Enterprises is proud to call our long-time President Steve Cremer, our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Steve joined the company in 1988 as Chief Financial Officer, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Al Cremer, and father, Don Cremer.

Having moved to Harmony after a career with a Texas petroleum company, Steve has been instrumental in the growth, expansion, and success of Harmony Enterprises for nearly four decades!

His forward-thinking entrepreneurial spirit has allowed Harmony to expand its production facility, acquire a European office, maintain incredible employee benefits, and develop the widest range of innovative waste and recycling solutions on available on the market today!

Steve has also understood the importance of sharing Harmony’s success with the greater community. Harmony Enterprises is a consistent supporter of regional organizations, including the Harmony Area Community Foundation, Harmony Ambulance, The Commonweal Theatre, Harmony Chamber of Commerce/4th of July Celebration, and much more.

Steve’s inception of Harmony Kids Learning Center with his wife and Executive Director, Umbelina Cremer is just one way that he has continued to find creative ways to better our career, community, culture, and company. His new role will allow for additional time to travel and be the visionary for our company!

Welcome, Mr. President!

Ramon Hernandez, son of Steve Cremer, is the fourth generation family member to serve in a leadership role with Harmony Enterprises.  Ramon joined the company formally in 2010, but has been around the facility since his days as a child, spending many days with his father, grandfather, and uncle learning about all aspects of the business.

Since his return from Texas in 2010, Ramon has been active in developing and growing Harmony’s Customer Service Department and has been acting as the Vice President of Operations since 2015. He has played a vital role in navigating the business, operational, and labor challenges created by both the pandemic and supply chain shortages.

This promotion reflects Ramon’s deep commitment to our company and community, going above and beyond to help ensure our mutual success for generations to come. Under his leadership, we continue to honor our past while building a positive and exciting future!

National Sales Manager To Director Of Sales

Nick Roberts joined Harmony’s sales team in May of 2009. With years of experience in the packaging and waste handling industries, Nick brought with him the skills necessary to push our Sales Department to achieve great new heights.

Promoted to National Sales Manager in 2016, Nick has helped to define Harmony’s Proven Process, including our true partnership approach before, during, and after the sale.

Nick has established himself as an industry professional who is a resource for any business in need of waste or recycling solutions. He listens carefully to needs and trends in the marketplace and is able to come up with new and efficient ways to meet consumer demand for quality, price, longevity, and satisfaction.
