Harmony Europe, a division of Harmony Enterprises, based in Toulouse, France, has experienced a great deal of success over the past five years. To meet the challenges created by this growth, the company has committed to redesigning two parts of its infrastructure, their website and their office facility.
Formerly Cypress Environment, Harmony Europe was created as a subsidiary in 2011 to help Harmony Enterprises continue its European focus of service, quality, and security. Their main facility in houses ten employees that assist with sales, service, and distribution of Harmony’s quality products in the European marketplace.
Responsive to the Worldwide Marketplace
The way in which people research and select businesses to purchase from has changed drastically over the past decade. On January 4, 2017, Harmony Enterprises unveiled its redesigned website at www.harmony1.com. This redesign included a more user-friendly layout, a helpful product selection filter, updated product videos, and mobile responsive template. The response to the website redesign has been extremely positive and has led to increased sales and communications for the Minnesota-based leader in waste and recycling solutions.
Harmony Europe is following this lead with its own website redesign of www.harmonyeurope.fr. This site will have the same improvements made to it as those of Harmony Enterprises, including updated translations of the American products for the French consumer. In addition to the quality US based products, this site contains many products and services unique to the European marketplace. The redesign of the Harmony Europe website will allow this progressive company to continue to meet the needs of the changing marketplace and its customers.
Harmony Europe – Facility Makeover
The Harmony Europe facility is comprised of an office suite and a warehouse. The office layout was such that when customers or guests would arrive, there was a lack of flow between offices, the warehouse, and the restroom facilities. Employees would have to walk through the warehouse floor to get from one part of the office to another. This created safety concerns as well as a disruption in the daily workflow. As business increased, a clear need for a more balanced infrastructure was realized.
