Why All The Fuss?
The ExtractPack Pro is a vertical, automatic liquid extraction baler that was designed by Harmony Enterprises to fill a need gap in the bottling, beverage, and packaging industries. This intermediate sized baler comes with conveyor options that allow it to automatically cycle and create mill-sized bales of aluminum and PET.

The ExtractPack Pro can be ground or conveyor fed. It is mainly used in medium to high volume facilities with a 36″conveyor. Product is dropped into a hopper and conveyed to the top of the baler. When the photo eye sensor detects the chamber is full, the platen automatically lowers, puncturing the containers, crushing them into a dense bale, with the residual liquid being safely drained into the drip pan below. The liquid is then safely pumped to an environmentally safe storage container or drain.
With its vertical orientation, this innovative intermediate liquid extraction baler provides the same high volume efficiency with a reduced operational space requirement. The large 254.5 gallon stainless steel liquid reservoir is conveniently located under the the conveyor and behind the machine to maximize space.
Even with a conveyor, ExtractPack Pro provides fast, efficient automatic baling using limited space!
All safety switches, ultrasonic sensors, fittings, conduit, and proximity switches are water proof. The ExtractPack Pro is custom designed with stainless steel splash guards, safety covers, and a power unit weather cover that allow for liquid run off and use in the harshest of environments.
