The SmartPack uses a stainless-steel compaction chamber and produces a 3.3-cubic-foot waste cube. It provides an 11:1 compaction ratio and has a quiet cycle time of approximately ten seconds. The system can be programmed to compact after a selected number of door openings, helping facilities adjust operation to their particular waste volume.
LED indicators communicate whether the machine is ready, operating, partially full, or full. When the waste cube is ready to be removed, employees can wheel it away using its casters and pull strap. Optional Insite™ monitoring can send selected alerts and provide operational visibility.
