With the T60XDRC Vertical Baler, steel and aluminum cans, plastic bottles, and newsprint are quickly compacted into extremely dense and heavy bales. When the desired bale height is reached, the baler shuts down and signals the operator to tie off and eject the bale.
Sometimes bales can get extremely heavy, especially when baling material such as steel cans. The T60XDRC can produce bale weights for steel cans between 1800 lbs. to 2260 lbs. per bale. But when you have an extremely heavy bale (i.e. over 2000 lbs), how do you eject it out of the baler?
When you have extremely heavy bales, Harmony Enterprises Inc. recommends the T60XDRC with the optional hydraulic eject system that uses a cylinder to hydraulically eject the bale.
The T60XDRC with the optional hydraulic eject will use a cylinder to hydraulically smoothly eject bales weighing over 2000 lbs. When the T60XDRC is not equipped with the optional hydraulic eject system, there is a Chain Eject System or Dual Hydraulic Eject that is utilized. Below are photos that show what the T60XDRC looks like both with and without the hydraulic eject option.
