We love hearing success stories from our customers. Since Harmony Enterprises has been manufacturing recycling and waste management equipment since 1972, sometimes those success stories go way back! One case in point was the Kwik Trip that just recently replaced their self-contained compactor after twenty years of service!
From 1972-1998, Harmony Enterprises was known as HECO and GPI. Back in the early 1970’s, we manufactured a 42” baler (Model Number 2242). We just received an email from someone who still has that baler and needs to replace the cylinder! That means their baler is about 39 years old and still running strong. AMAZING!
Being a family-run small business, the history of our company is important to us, and success stories like these inspire us. Amazingly, we even have six employees who have been working at Harmony Enterprises over thirty years (but none of them have been around quite as long as that old baler).
One of our service techs also told us a story about how that same model of baler recently needed a service call. They discovered an old HECO pen that was stuck in the suction hose. Once the pen was removed the baler ran just fine.
Do you have any stories to share about HECO or Harmony Enterprises equipment? We would love to hear them in the comments below or you can email us directly.
