Recently, Eric and Marie-Laure from our Harmony Europe office in Toulouse, France, came to our main Harmony Enterprises factory in Harmony, MN USA for training. The main reason for their visit was to get in-depth training on the installation and assembly of the SSHB Horizontal Baler for an upcoming installation at an African bottling company.
Training and Installation of the SSHB Horizontal Baler
Harmony Europe recently sold a large piece of equipment (the SSHB Horizontal Baler with a perforator) to the SABMiller bottling plant in Luanda, Angola which is located on the Atlantic coast of Africa. Our service engineers from our Toulouse office will be responsible to install the equipment and provide training on the operation and maintenance at the African bottling company. Eric will be the leading the installation in Angola during the first week of December. While at the Harmony Enterprises factory, Eric assisted in the assembly of the SSHB Horizontal Baler as well as the fine tuning, testing, and tear down of the baler for shipping.
Marie-Laure is our office manager in Toulouse. She spent some of her time at the US Harmony Enterprises office working with our accounting team in preparing for our September 30 year end closing and physical inventory. We need to closely coordinate the year end process in each location. In addition, Marie-Laure is very fluent in English, and assisted in doing any technical translations to be sure Eric fully understood the operation of the SSHB Horizontal Baler.
Even though they are on opposite sides of the world, our customers in both the European market and the US market all need similar solutions to their recycling and waste problems.
