Our horizontal liquid extraction balers, the ExtractPack Plus and the ExtractPack Max, are commonly used to destroy soda pop, fruit drinks, energy drinks, beer, alcohol, and water.
These two ExtractPack Plus horizontal liquid extraction balers are hard at work at a US canning facility.
The ExtractPack Plus has a fast 35-45 second cycle time and creates up to 220 pound bales of aluminum and up to 240 pound bales of PET. That’s 6,930 12 ounce cans or 4,800 20 ounce bottles per bale!
The ExtractPack Max is extremely efficient, using a 45 second cycle time to create 765 pound mill-sized bales of aluminum and 875 pound mill-sized bales of PET. That’s approximately 25,000 12 ounce cans per bale and approximately 17,500 20 ounce bottles per bale!
Both models utilize tipper/hopper fed configurations to provide an immediate return on investment with savings in volume, space, throughput, and FTE’s.
