Harmony has continued to serve the needs of the beverage production industry on a large scale.  In only its first month of operation, a Harmony Enterprises Perf-SSHB (Gen-2) full product destruction horizontal baler has tripled the efficiency of one operator at a regional beverage production facility.

The operator raves, “We have gone from the ability to fit 5 totes per bale to approximately 24 totes per bale, without having to get off of the forklift to operate the machine.”  This efficiency has translated to cost savings for his company in more than just man-hours saved.  It has provided them with an additional revenue stream.  “We are now able to send this mill-sized bale to the recycling center and get a full return on the aluminum”, he stated.  In some cases, recycling centers require businesses to break down smaller bales to create larger ones for shipping and charge them to do so.  The mill-sized bale created by the Gen-2 (see photo below) eliminates this problem and saves both time and money.

The state-of-the-art stainless steel Harmony Gen-2 receives, perforates, de-liquifies, and bales large quantities of aluminum or plastic.  The easy to clean liquid reservoir and filter system located on the rear of the machine ensures a clean, safe, and user-friendly method for liquid extraction.  The entire machine can be washed down after use and resists corrosion.
