For RMA and Credit Memos
For Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
- 30 day return policy on all parts orders (from receipt of part)
- 15% restock fee may apply to returns
- Customer to handle freight and/or shipping expenses on returns
Credit Memo Policy:
- Customer has 12 months to use credit from date of issuance
- Customer has 30 days to dispute credit amount from date of issuance
