Harmony Welcomes Harmony Europe Support Manager To Team!
Harmony Enterprises, the third generation, family-owned manufacturer of waste and recycling solutions is proud to announce the addition of Jonathon Cremer as Harmony Europe Support Manager. Jonathon is the son of third- generation owner and CEO, Steve Cremer, and brother to current President, Ramon Hernandez. In his new role, Jonathon will also serve as a member of Harmony’s EOS Leadership Team.
With the recent promotions of Steve Cremer to CEO and Ramon Hernandez to President, there was a natural vacancy left in the Harmony Enterprises seat for Harmony Europe Support Manager. Serendipitously, it was obvious that Jonathon was the perfect fit for the job!
A Perfect Fit
Harmony Enterprises manufactures the widest range of long lasting recycling balers and trash compactors for satisfied customers in over 88 countries worldwide.
Harmony Europe
has been an integral part of Harmony Enterprises since 2011. This subsidiary office located in Toulouse, France provides sales, installation, and service for balers and compactors all across France and the European continent. With its large volume of business and ties to its Minnesota based headquarters, there has always been a need for consistent communication and mutual support between these two parts of the business.
Not only does Jonathon help to ensure family continuity, he brings the expertise of a qualified sales professional with years of experience and a degree in International Business from Mankato State University Mankato (2014).
Mr. Cremer’s new responsibilities will be to act as a liaison between Harmony Europe and Harmony Enterprises’ Leadership Teams, providing support as needed. He will be instrumental in helping the Harmony Europe team identify and solve obstacles to business success, while creating and implementing ways to increase Harmony Europe team health.
One of Jonathon’s biggest tasks will be to identify market opportunities in France and Europe to allow Harmony Europe’s business to grow, measuring success through established KPI’s.

Mr. Cremer’s position at Harmony Enterprises is a part-time venture, as he is also a Principal and Co-Owner of Evrsphere, a new sustainability consulting firm based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Evrsphere is “the only sustainability consultancy that creates eco-friendly change by starting with human performance and experience with an approach to human-centric solutions.”
With its launch set for late summer of 2023, be on the look out for innovative products, services, and insight, connecting people, technology, and workspace.
Mr. Cremer’s work in the waste and recycling and sustainability spaces is a true synergy of professional careers and will certainly have benefits for a host of business owners and clients into the future.
