Career, Community, Culture, & Company
Harmony Enterprises was founded in 1962 with the core purpose of providing meaningful employment to citizens in the Harmony, MN area. Through our long history, our products and services have changed with the demands of the marketplace, but this purpose has remained steadfast.
Along with those employment opportunities, Harmony Enterprises also understood the importance of giving back to the local community. Harmony and its employees actively support and participate in civic organizations, non-profit groups, and various community events.
Another way that Harmony Enterprises has given back to the community is by allowing employees who serve as first responders with our local ambulance and fire departments paid time off to respond to emergencies when paged.
In a day and age when rural EMS services are facing labor and budget shortages, this is more important than ever. It also solidifies the idea that the Harmony area and Harmony Enterprises affords is employees and residents the opportunity for a satisfying career, while participating in other interests within the community they live, work, and play.
Harmony’s First Responders
Harmony Enterprises is proud to have two of its employees currently serving on the Harmony Ambulance Service. They are Lana Soppa, Office Manager, and Larry Nolan, Assembly.
Harmony Enterprises also allows employees who volunteer for local fire departments time off for their calls.
Harmony Employees who serve local fire departments include our President, Ramon Hernandez, who serves as Chief for the Preston Fire Department, and Technical Support Specialist, Jason Magnuson, and Nathan Magnuson, Welding, who volunteer for the Canton Fire Department.
We are proud of their service and recognize that it is through their commitment and sacrifice that lives are saved. And, because of the generosity of Harmony Enterprises, when people in our area are in an emergency situation, they know that help is on the way.
Harmony Recognized By First Responders
