Stationary Compactors and Liquid-Extraction Balers
Harmony frequently customizes stationary compactors to meet your feeding requirements and specific waste specifications. These compactor configurations include systems that are chute fed or ground fed from the side or rear of the compactor, or have a hopper feed, rear feed with double access doors, a walk on or drive on deck, an enclosed walk on or drive on deck, a side load tipper, or an offset hopper.
We also often customize our larger liquid-extraction balers to handle specialized waste streams involving out of spec product in aluminum, PET, or Tetra Pak containers. We pair these with a variety of feeding options—including conveyors, tippers, and hoppers—to create a fully automated system that moves material efficiently from production line to compactor or baler.
