Harmony Enterprises Expands Global Sales & Service with European Office

Harmony Enterprises, Inc., manufacturer of recycling and waste management solutions, has recently purchased Cypress Environnement of Toulouse, France to better serve its European customers. Steve Cremer, third generation President of Harmony Enterprises, is thrilled to be able to provide the full line of customized balers and compactors to all of Europe with a direct European presence. Harmony Enterprises has been selling their recycling and compacting equipment into Europe for over twenty years primarily through dealers and distributors, like Cypress Environnement, who was previously a dealer of Harmony’s for over ten years.
Harmony Europe Staff
With a staff of eight who have vast experience selling and servicing balers and compactors, the Harmony Europe team will have the capabilities to gain new customers, and provide better service on a local level. Cremer explains, “A direct sales force and a fully supported technical support team allow us to grow our sales not only in France, put throughout Europe and Eastern Europe. Plus, our staff of technicians in Toulouse will now be able to give ‘European time’ support to our customers.” Harmony’s Solution-Based sales approach in Europe has already proven to be very effective, with balers shipped to Romania, Austria and Morocco since the acquisition. Cremer’s mission is to carry-on Harmony Enterprise’s reputation of quality products and exceptional customer service, across the globe. Cremer emphasizes, “As in the U.S., our customers know that we can not only provide the best solutions to their recycling and waste problems, but also the best customer service in our industry.”
